University Life and Issues

When you get to university life will be very different from your school days.  There are lots of positives like studying a subject that you are passionate about and you may be lucky and have only 12 hours a week on your timetable. For many students it is the first time they have lived away from home so they will be enjoying the freedom. 

However, for a lot of students it will be the first time they have been in any significant debt.  Taking out a student loan, paying tuition fees and living expenses is a big change for a new student to cope with.  It is therefore not surprising that recent news suggests that students increasingly wanting value for money.  This article puts an interesting perspective on life at university:
