David Game Theatre Society

We are proud to say that on Thursday 18th December, 2014, the David Game Drama Society presented ‘An Evening of Entertainment’ at the college in D6 and D8. The show had 8 different humorous skits that were picked out of plays, or found on the internet.

The show was loved by many of the audience members inspiring new students to come and join the society. This has given them an opportunity to find their passion not just in acting, but in different fields for our next production.

We are thankful to all the people who joined in the show, and the people who contributed, particularly at the end. We would also like to say thank you to those who came to watch the show especially those who helped a group of students working on the charity project by donating money. ‘Wings of Hope’ is a charity which provides education and support for underprivileged youth around the world, by running school projects in India and Malawi. At the same time, it develops the skills and talents of secondary and Sixth Form students in the UK.

The Drama Society is very pleased to say that we will be holding another production this year, and would like to invite you along on Wednesday 1stApril in D6-D8. This show can boast a completely original script devised, written and performed by our cast and crew. It has given us an amazing opportunity to discover our hidden talents and abilities as well as creating something enjoyably unique to watch.

We can’t wait to see you there!
