Mindfulness Sessions

Thank you to everyone who attended our Mindfulness session yesterday. As part of Mental Health Awareness Week we still have two more Mindfulness sessions, one today at 3pm and Friday 17th May - 3pm. If you would like to join any of these sessions please sign up in reception.
