“My old school had large amounts of students in the class, and after coming here and realising the class sizes are much smaller, giving me much more independence and one-to-one time with my teachers, it made me much more focused and achieve grades I never thought I could achieve.

I made friends for life here, all around this has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. It really showed that College life really is one of the best. I would 100% recommend this College”

“I abruptly transitioned from a different education system in a different country using a different language; therefore, experiencing all the changes and remaining academically competent had not been quite straightforward. The College supported me through the challenges, academically and personal, especially during the pandemic when classes and university application were not conventional. I believe that the College is well equipped; the more eager you are to utilise provided tools and materials, the more you will make out of your time at David Game College."

I would like to thank you for the constant support you have given me throughout my A-level years. It has been such a wonderful and memorable learning experience in David Game.

From the grades that I have received earlier today, I’m very excited to announce that I will be attending King’s College London to study Neuroscience. This would not have been possible if it wasn’t for the support that the teachers in David Game College have given me.

It has truly been an enjoyable time for me to study Chemistry under your guidance in David Game College.

Once again, thank you very much.

Music

"I had a fruitful and rewarding experience of studying A Level Music at DG College. The music teachers are specialists, from professional composer (Manuel) to experienced music educator and singer (Victoria). As they are teaching their own areas of expertise, I have gained more in-depth insights and understandings. Their teaching methods are also fun and relaxing. They helped me to achieve an A within a year.

Apart from the academic support, there are variety of musical events. Under the encouragement of Emma (Head of Music), I joined the Music Club. It is a very fun place and is full of music enthusiasts. We even had a few performances in school. Also, the teachers arranged trips to opera houses and musical theaters. These enriched my experience.

The Music Hub provides a range of resources and help. There are various private music classes for different level of students. For example, I had both piano classes at Diploma level and clarinet beginner class. Emma is always searching for the best musical supports for everyone."

"I achieved a grade A* in Further Maths, a grade A in Mathematics and a grade A in Economics. David Game has been incredibly supportive from the start to the end of the course. The staff were very helpful throughout my courses and very friendly. I cannot recommend David Game enough.

I was really helped to aim high when choosing university courses and was given excellent offers from Russell Group universities. At the end of my A levels I was successful in obtaining a degree apprenticeship with Bloomberg, studying at Exeter University."

"I am so glad I came to David Game.  The support is amazing.  Unlike my old school, Mrs Rachel Sherman (UCAS and Careers Adviser / Director of Studies) took time to to talk to me and to understand my situation.  Mrs Sherman and her husband Matthew (my Economics teacher) both helped me to write a personal statement that stood out.  Mrs Sherman also wrote a fantastic reference which I am sure made the difference.

My Sociology teacher, Mr Herman, took time to mark the extra work I did at home.  Every lesson I bombarded him with papers but he always managed to mark them before the next one and gave advice on how to improve my answers.

With all the support I received I jumped from grades B C U at school to A A B at David Game and won a place at LSE, something I could never have imagined a year ago."

"I got an A* in Russian, A in History, A in As Politics, an A in Economics, and a B in Maths. I was very very excited about these results...English is my third language and History is an essay-based subject, like Economics as well, it was hard to achieve such high grades. For me it was an honour that I can study in an English school and achieve results as good as those of Oxbridge applicants. Now I am going to be studying Economics and Management at Durham University. David Game College was very nice, they assisted us a lot. The personal tutors are very good, especially for new students and students from abroad...It's a great place to study so it's very helpful for you. If you want to do well in your exams then David Game College is the best place for you."

"I got 3 A* in Physics, Further Maths, Maths respectively and an A in Chemistry...One of the things i have enjoyed most here apart from the lectures, the teachers and everything was the extra-curricular activities. I joined the Debating Society and the Drama Club, we put on shows twice during my stay here which was fun, acting and practising with them was also fun. For the debating society, going out to different Universities to compete with other schools was great as well. I would recommend David Game College to other students all around the world. I could already see my brother coming here for two years and I am sure anyone else would enjoy it too."

"I got all A's in my main subjects which are Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology. The teachers do not only provide me with knowledge but they also embrace my passion and my desire for success. I think there were two factors which helped me to have this outstanding AS level result, the first factor was the exceptional quality of teaching...the second factor was the college extra-curricular activities, for example the Drama Society and the Debating Society or the sport clubs, they really helped me to relax, plus they enhanced my social skills. To be honest I would definitely recommend David Game College to students around the world who are thinking of a higher education."
