The wellbeing of our students at David Game College is of paramount importance to us as educators. Healthy and focused students, with a positive outlook, make a huge difference to their general happiness and academic progress. We want all our students to be ambitious and adopt a resilient approach to challenges and setbacks, using them as a learning curve and experience they can reflect on and move forward. With this in mind, below is a list of courses and learning resources that can be easily accessed.
This is an online hub full of calming techniques and resources for young people to help them recalibrate when feeling anxious, scared or sad.
Recovery Record is a great app for anyone recovering from an eating disorder and wanting to develop a more positive body image.
The Headspace app makes meditation simple to learn and apply. It helps you develop mindfulness by using the app for just a few minutes per day.
Efficacy provides education on depression and the best strategies for managing the symptoms using a CBT Self-help Guide.
David Game College is committed to promoting your wellbeing and mental health.
